What Do I Need - Film Documents

It's important to have the following documentation when applying to work on a Northern Ontario film set. NEVER give originals of documents, only give copies.

1. Your Social Insurance Number.

2. You need a certificate of completion from this website. The program is done online and does not take long. It is to make sure you are aware of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

3. Proof of Northern Residence - This can be a copy of a utility bill or tax return. For grant and tax reasons, it is essential that the production has proof you live in Northern Ontario.

4. Driver's Licence (If Applicable) - A copy of your driver's licence needs to be taken by the production if you are driving vehicles on set.
